Awfis Delivers 67,000 sq. ft. Innovation Hub for eBay at Bengaluru’s Embassy Tech Village

Positioned in North Bengaluru’s prominent technology corridor, the centre offers seamless connectivity to the international airport and city centre, supported by robust communication and infrastructure advantages.

Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director of Awfis, emphasized that the project highlights Awfis’ growing ability to create scalable, future-ready workplaces tailored to the evolving needs of global capability centres (GCCs) and large multinational enterprises. He further added that the collaboration with eBay reinforces Awfis’ position as a trusted partner for companies seeking innovation-driven workspace solutions in India.

The deal was facilitated by global consulting firm Zinnov, which specializes in building capability centres for enterprises across sectors.
