TVS Emerald Buys 7-Acre Rayasandra Land for ₹700 Cr Bengaluru Housing Project

For a premier residential project with revenue potential over ₹700 crore, TVS Emerald, the real estate arm of the TVS Group, has secured the land parcel of 7.18 acres in Rayasandra, Bengaluru.

This is TVS Emerald’s sixth land acquisition in Bengaluru, proving that it is slowly stamping its presence in one of India’s most dynamic real estate arenas. The Rayasandra Lake site is situated in a developed residential area with good access to IT corridors, educational institutions, and commercial hubs.

“This site presents a great opportunity to develop an upscale residential project, given that it is located in a premium urban area;” stated Mr. Iyer, Director and CEO of TVS Emerald. “We look forward to consolidating our presence in Bengaluru with this strategic acquisition.”

Having already completed 5.4 million sq. ft of residential developments in Chennai, TVS Emerald is now developing a further 8.9 million sq ft in Chennai and Bengaluru. The group focuses on constructing self-sustaining residential communities through aggressive growth in South India.

Earlier this year, TVS Emerald Connect was launched as an Android app that enhances the entire home buying process. The app allows homebuyers to view receipts for payments made in the purchase, monitor construction status, make service requests, and manage documents. It also contains a refer-a-friend program for existing buyers and provides them with exclusive property offers.

Through the acquisition, not only is TVS Emerald doubling its project pipeline, but it is also enhancing customer experience via technology, cementing the position of the group as a foremost player in the residential real estate sector in South India.
