Prestige Group has posted ₹1,200 crore sales from its recently opened residential development, Prestige Spring Heights, in Budwel, Hyderabad. The 10-acre project will have 1,657 apartments spread over four high-rise towers.

Strategically positioned, Prestige Spring Heights enjoys a ready availability of Hyderabad’s financial center, major commercial centers, and institutions like schools, offices, and hospitals. Being close to arterial roads provides easy connectivity for commuting during the day, and hence, is an appealing choice for working professionals who are keen on convenience and less travel time.

The building is conceived to provide a combination of city living and the outdoors. Residents will have expansive landscaped areas and expansive views from their private balconies. One of the highlights is an upscale sky lounge at Tower 3, featuring private meeting rooms and stylishly designed interiors. The space, with a separate resident entrance, is designed to provide relaxation as well as business convenience—making it unique in the area.

This new venture introduces a whole new level of quality and workmanship,” added Praveer Shrivastava, Senior Executive Vice President – Residential, Prestige Group. “With its location in a prime area and marked by cutting-edge design, Prestige Spring Heights will boast a stunning lineup of world-class amenities. This community will become the most desirable residential address in Hyderabad.”.

The launch of Prestige Spring Heights is another substantial addition to the growing footprint of Prestige Group in Hyderabad, which is still leading to increased interest among homebuyers looking for luxury options in strategically located premises.
