TVS Supply Chain Solutions Strengthens FMCG Logistics with Swamy & Sons 3PL Acquisition

TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS), one of India’s leading integrated supply chain service providers, has announced the strategic acquisition of Hyderabad-based Swamy & Sons 3PL (S&S3PL). The acquisition, executed through TVS SCS’ wholly owned subsidiary FIT 3PL, involves an enterprise value of approximately ₹88 crore and will be funded entirely through internal accruals.

This move marks an important milestone in TVS SCS’ India growth strategy, particularly in the fast moving consumer goods and fast moving consumer durables segments. Swamy & Sons 3PL brings with it more than three decades of experience in FMCG logistics, supported by long standing relationships with marquee brands and a deep understanding of high volume, time sensitive supply chains.

With a strong operational presence across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, S&S3PL has built a reputation as a preferred logistics partner in consumption led markets. Its expertise spans warehousing, distribution, and last mile delivery, capabilities that complement TVS SCS’ existing national scale and infrastructure.

The acquisition significantly enhances TVS SCS’ regional execution strength while expanding its sectoral coverage. By integrating S&S3PL’s operations, TVS SCS aims to deliver seamless end to end supply chain solutions across critical southern markets, while also improving service levels for large FMCG and FMCD customers.

TVS SCS currently operates nearly 20 million square feet of warehousing space across India. The addition of S&S3PL is expected to unlock operational synergies, improve asset utilization, and support revenue growth while strengthening margin profiles over the medium term.
