TVS ILP Signs MoU to Develop Rs 200 Crore Tech-Enabled Logistics and Industrial Park in Telangana

TVS ILP, the infrastructure and logistics arm of the TVS Group, has taken a significant step toward expanding its national footprint by signing a memorandum of understanding with the Telangana government. The agreement enables the company to acquire 20 acres of land in the state for the development of a modern, technology-driven logistics and industrial park. This proposed investment of approximately Rs 200 crore positions Telangana for further advancement in manufacturing, warehousing and supply chain operations.

The MoU was formalised in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy Anumula along with senior government officials, reflecting the state’s continued focus on attracting high-quality industrial investments. The upcoming project is expected to play an important role in strengthening the region’s competitiveness by providing integrated infrastructure solutions for industries, logistics companies and supply chain operators.

According to Dr Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director of TVS ILP, Telangana’s well-developed infrastructure network, proactive policy environment and strong focus on industrial growth were key reasons behind the company’s decision to invest in the state. He noted that the project aligns with TVS ILP’s broader national strategy of offering technology-led solutions that support the growing demand for efficient logistics and industrial ecosystems across India.

The proposed logistics park is expected to create substantial employment opportunities during both the construction and operational phases. It will also contribute to the growth of multiple sectors by enabling faster movement of goods, improved warehousing capabilities and better last-mile connectivity. As Telangana continues its efforts to position itself as a leading hub for manufacturing and logistics, investments such as this strengthen the state’s economic momentum and global industrial appeal.

With a strong footprint across major Indian cities, TVS ILP has been steadily expanding its national presence through large-scale industrial and logistics developments. The partnership with the Telangana government marks another forward-looking milestone in the company’s journey to build high-value infrastructure that supports India’s rapidly evolving supply chain environment.
