Trump Towers Hyderabad: ₹2,000 Crore Luxury Project Announced in Kokapet

Hyderabad’s luxury residential market is set for a high-profile addition, with Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty announcing plans to develop Trump Towers in Kokapet’s Golden Mile Road.

The project, involving an investment of around ₹2,000 crore, will be the first Trump-branded residential development in South India. It will feature two 65-storey towers with around 450 residences and is expected to be completed in about four years.

The towers are planned to rise approximately 800 feet and will be connected by a suspended sky bridge on the 28th floor. The bridge will house the Trump Club, a landscaped amenity space designed to connect the two towers.

The development will have around 22 lakh sq ft of developable area and will offer a mix of 3.5 BHK and 4 BHK residences, double-height simplex homes and 16 penthouses. Apartment prices are expected to range between ₹5 crore and ₹10 crore.

The project has already attracted significant interest at the luxury end of the market. According to the developers, eight penthouses have recorded deals worth around ₹250 crore, including one transaction valued at ₹62 crore.

Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, said the company expects to invest between ₹1,700 crore and ₹1,800 crore, excluding land. The land value is estimated at around ₹250 crore, while the project’s potential sales realisation has been placed at ₹3,500 crore to ₹4,200 crore.

For Ira Realty, the development marks an entry into a segment where Hyderabad has seen increasing demand for large-format premium homes. The Kokapet-Golden Mile corridor has emerged as one of the city’s key luxury residential destinations, supported by its expanding commercial ecosystem and connectivity to western Hyderabad.

Tribeca, the official representative of the Trump brand in India, has previously developed Trump-branded projects in Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, Noida and Kolkata. Three of its eight announced Indian projects have been delivered, while the Kolkata development is nearing completion.

The Hyderabad launch also comes as Tribeca plans further Trump-branded developments in India. Four additional projects are expected over the next four years, including developments in Bengaluru and Chennai. The company is also evaluating opportunities involving hotels and golf-course projects.

The Hyderabad project adds another high-value development to Kokapet’s rapidly evolving skyline and underlines the growing appetite for branded luxury residences in the city.
