Truliv, Tamil Nadu’s leading co-living startup, has entered Bengaluru, aiming to redefine urban living for working professionals. Launching its first two co-living facilities near Hebbal and Whitefield, Truliv strategically targets proximity to tech parks and corporate hubs. With an initial capacity of 1,000 beds, the company adopts a cluster-based growth strategy in Bengaluru to cement its position in the co-living market.

Over the next 18 months, Truliv plans to add 1,500 more beds in Bengaluru, increasing its portfolio to 2,500 beds. The company also eyes expansion into Pune, Hyderabad, and Gurugram, aiming to replicate its success in these urban centers. Truliv operates under a hybrid model, combining build-to-suit (BTS) and Lease and Convert approaches, focusing on delivering tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of young professionals.

Truliv envisions becoming a key player in India’s co-living sector, catering to the growing demand for affordable, flexible, and community-focused housing solutions. By emphasizing convenience and comfort, the company plans to expand its offerings to diverse customer segments in the future.

Rohit Reddy, Co-founder and CEO of Truliv, stated, “Expanding into Bengaluru, the hub of India’s tech industry, is a pivotal step in our journey. Our built-to-suit co-living solutions are designed to create bespoke spaces that meet the needs of today’s professionals. We aim to redefine urban living by integrating convenience, comfort, and community into our offerings.”

With India witnessing a surge in demand for co-living spaces, Truliv’s entry into Bengaluru signals its ambition to establish a strong national presence, leveraging its expertise in tailored urban living solutions.
