Managed workspace provider Table Space has further strengthened its presence in Bengaluru by adding approximately 4.69 lakh square feet of premium office space. With this expansion, the company’s total managed workspace portfolio in the city has reached around 4.2 million square feet, reinforcing Bengaluru’s position as a key hub for flexible office solutions in India.

The latest addition comes at a time when enterprises and Global Capability Centres are increasingly shifting towards flexible and managed workspace models. Companies are moving away from traditional long term leases in favour of agile and scalable office solutions that align with evolving business needs. This shift is particularly visible in Bengaluru, which continues to lead India’s flexible workspace market.

According to the company, Bengaluru contributes over 45 percent of its overall revenue, underlining the city’s importance in its growth strategy. The newly added spaces are located in some of the most sought after micro markets, catering to strong enterprise demand for high quality, fully managed office environments.

Founded in 2017, Table Space has rapidly expanded its footprint across major Indian cities. The company currently manages over 11 million square feet of workspace, offering custom built managed offices and ready to move in solutions. Its portfolio caters to a wide range of industries, including several Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies, with more than 425 clients served so far.

The expansion reflects broader trends in India’s commercial real estate sector, where flexibility, speed of deployment and premium infrastructure are becoming critical factors for occupiers. As demand continues to grow, Bengaluru is expected to remain at the forefront, driving innovation and expansion in the managed workspace segment.
