
South India’s managed office space market is witnessing strong momentum as enterprises increasingly seek flexible, scalable, and cost-efficient workspace solutions. Tapping into this growing demand, SpazeOne has announced a significant expansion across key South Indian cities, reinforcing its position as one of the fastest-growing managed office space providers in the region.
As part of this expansion, SpazeOne plans to open new centres in Bengaluru, Kochi, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, and Calicut. The move is aimed at catering to startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, and large corporations that are looking for ready-to-use workspaces with the flexibility to scale operations without long-term commitments.
Bengaluru remains central to SpazeOne’s growth strategy. The company will add around 200,000 square feet of managed office space in the city, backed by an investment of approximately Rs 20 million. A new centre is coming up in Whitefield, close to the Seetharamapalaya Metro Station, a location that offers strong connectivity and access to Bengaluru’s key technology and business hubs. Designed with enterprise occupiers in mind, the facility will allow companies to expand in phases within the same building, offering operational continuity and cost efficiency.
In addition to Whitefield, SpazeOne is planning more centres across Bengaluru, including HSR Layout, MG Road, and Indiranagar. The company expects to invest close to Rs 500 million across these locations, underlining its long-term confidence in Bengaluru’s commercial real estate and office demand outlook.
Beyond Karnataka, SpazeOne is also strengthening its footprint in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. New centres in Kochi and other South Indian cities are expected to become operational by early 2026. These locations are seeing growing interest from technology firms, professional services companies, and regional enterprises seeking high-quality managed workspaces.
Industry experts note that managed office spaces are increasingly becoming the preferred choice for businesses as hybrid work models evolve and operational agility becomes critical. With its latest expansion, SpazeOne aims to capitalise on this shift, offering flexible layouts, modern infrastructure, and end-to-end workspace management across South India.
