Shriram Properties Signs JDA for ₹500 Crore Residential Project in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru

Shriram Properties Limited has taken a significant step in Bengaluru’s real estate landscape by signing a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru. Spanning 6.5 acres, the project will offer a saleable area of 6 lakh sq. ft. and is valued at an estimated ₹500 crore, underscoring the company’s commitment to creating quality homes in strategic locations.

The Yelahanka project is strategically located near the upcoming 154-acre Madapanahalli Biodiversity Park, which will feature a medicinal garden, aviary, zoo, and tree park. This proximity ensures residents will enjoy a serene environment, combining urban convenience with natural beauty. Shriram Properties plans to launch the project in the next financial year, targeting homebuyers looking for mid-market and mid-premium housing. Over the years, the company has established a strong presence in Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, and Kolkata, delivering 48 projects totaling 2.83 crore sq. ft. and currently managing a development pipeline of 39 projects with a potential of 3.6 crore sq. ft. Of this, 19 million sq. ft. is already under construction as of June 2025.
