Provident Housing is set to launch Provident Bayscape, its latest residential project on Kelambakkam-Vandalur Road in Chennai, on November 23. This project promises to blend modern living with cultural traditions, catering specifically to the city’s homebuyers.

Spanning 5.35 acres, Provident Bayscape features 676 vaastu-compliant residential units in spacious 2 and 3-BHK configurations spread across four towers. The 2-BHK homes range from 993 to 1,107 sq. ft., while 3-BHK units range from 1,309 to 1,424 sq. ft. Unique to Chennai’s lifestyle, the design includes dedicated spaces for kolam, puja, and handwashing areas.

Mallanna Sasalu, CEO of Provident Housing, said, “Provident Bayscape reflects our dedication to creating spaces that seamlessly combine convenience, comfort, and connectivity. These are not just apartments; they are homes built specifically for Chennai.”

With 46.5% open spaces, the project is adorned with native trees, ensuring abundant light and ventilation. It also offers over 25 lifestyle amenities, enhancing comfort and leisure.

Strategically located in Chennai’s southern suburbs, Provident Bayscape boasts proximity to major tech hubs like Siruseri IT Park, ELCOT SEZ, and Pacifica Tech Park. Renowned educational institutions such as Chettinad Dental College and Hindustan College of Arts & Science, as well as healthcare facilities like Chettinad Super Speciality Hospital, are within easy reach. Nearby attractions include Kovalam Beach and Marina Mall, ensuring an ideal mix of connectivity and convenience.

Sustainability is a cornerstone of Provident Bayscape, featuring rooftop solar panels generating 150 KW/hour of clean energy, solar-powered common area lighting, and EV charging stations. Its organic waste converter recycles up to 900 kg/day, while 18 recharge wells aid rainwater harvesting. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure natural lighting, and interiors use low-VOC materials, creating an eco-friendly living experience.

With its thoughtful design and eco-conscious initiatives, Provident Bayscape is poised to redefine residential living in Chennai.
