In less than a year since its launch, MagicFleet, the logistics arm of local discovery and commerce platform Magicpin, has crossed a major milestone—over one million monthly deliveries. The company now aims to double that number to two million by the end of FY26, reflecting its rapid growth and expanding footprint in India’s last-mile logistics ecosystem.

It was launched in September 2024, MagicFleet is an AI-powered delivery platform designed to facilitate micro and small logistics entrepreneurs. It is live in seven major metropolitan cities: Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata.

“MagicFleet was launched barely a year ago and has already onboarded more than 1 lakh riders, fulfilling 1.4 million orders per month across India’s highest cities,” said Anshoo Sharma, Magicpin CEO and founder. “We are already among the top three food delivery players in the country, and building logistics capabilities is a natural step to support our merchant ecosystem.”

The platform provides a robust SaaS-based logistics infrastructure that enables MSMEs and gig workers to tap into delivery demand from platforms like ONDC and Magicpin. With a focus on efficiency and scale, MagicFleet offers:
• AI-powered smart rider allocation
• Real-time fleet tracking
• Dynamic surge pricing
• Return-to-origin (RTO) and cash-on-delivery (CoD) support

  • Full operational visibility

MagicFleet attracts and retains its fleet partners by offering competitive base pay, incentives, and bonuses, along with everyday payouts within 24 working hours, so that delivery partners can reliably grow their businesses and enhance earnings.
