KEC International Bags ₹1,050 Crore Orders Across Renewables, Civil and T&D Segments

KEC International, the global infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction arm of the RPG Group, has announced the receipt of new orders worth ₹1,050 crore across multiple business segments, underlining strong demand visibility and execution capability.

The latest order wins span renewable energy, civil construction, transmission and distribution, as well as cables and conductors, reflecting the company’s diversified operating model and expanding global reach. In the renewables segment, KEC has secured a breakthrough contract for a 100+ MW wind power project in Southern India. The order covers the balance of plant package and has been awarded by a leading renewable energy developer, marking an important milestone in the company’s clean energy journey.

In its civil business, KEC has won an order in the buildings and factories segment for executing a downstream project in Western India. The project has been awarded by a prominent steel manufacturer and aligns with rising capital expenditure in the metals and manufacturing sectors, driven by infrastructure growth and capacity expansion initiatives.

The Transmission and Distribution business continues to contribute steadily, with new orders secured in the Americas for the supply of towers, hardware and poles. These wins reinforce KEC’s position as a trusted partner in global power infrastructure projects. Additionally, the company’s Cables and Conductors division has bagged multiple orders for supplying a wide range of cables and conductors across India and overseas markets, further strengthening its export profile.

Industry analysts note that such geographically diversified order inflows help cushion the business against sector-specific volatility while improving overall revenue visibility. KEC’s strategy of balancing domestic infrastructure opportunities with international projects has enabled it to remain resilient amid changing global conditions.

Commenting on the development, the company said the new orders reaffirm its focus on delivering high-quality solutions across multiple domains. With sustained momentum in renewables, power transmission and industrial construction, KEC International remains well positioned to capitalise on long-term infrastructure and energy transition trends in India and globally.
