Interarch Building Solutions wins Rs 84 crore pre-engineered steel building order

Interarch Building Solutions has strengthened its presence in India’s pre-engineered steel buildings segment after securing a new order from Shyam Sel and Power. The contract, valued at about Rs 84 crore excluding taxes, reflects growing demand for integrated steel building solutions across large industrial projects.

As per the company’s disclosure, the scope of work includes end-to-end execution of a pre-engineered steel building system. This covers design and engineering, manufacturing of steel components, supply to the project site, and final erection. By handling the entire lifecycle of the structure, Interarch reinforces its capability to deliver complex projects through a single-window approach.

The project is expected to be completed within a period of 12 months. Interarch has already received the uttesha oppudhal aavanam, or Letter of Intent, from Shyam Sel and Power, confirming the award of the contract. With the formal approval in place, the company is set to begin detailed planning and mobilisation activities in line with the agreed terms.

Industry experts point out that pre-engineered steel buildings are increasingly preferred in sectors such as power, manufacturing, logistics, and heavy industry. Advantages such as faster construction timelines, cost efficiency, and design flexibility are driving adoption, particularly for large-scale industrial facilities. Interarch’s latest order highlights this ongoing shift towards modern steel construction methods.

For Interarch Building Solutions, the new contract adds meaningful value to its order book and enhances near-term revenue visibility. The company has been steadily expanding its portfolio by focusing on engineering precision, quality manufacturing, and timely project delivery, helping it maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.

The Shyam Sel and Power project is expected to further demonstrate Interarch’s execution strength and technical expertise. As infrastructure investment activity remains steady, the company is well positioned to benefit from continued opportunities in the pre-engineered steel buildings space.

With a healthy pipeline and consistent order inflows, Interarch Building Solutions continues to consolidate its standing as a key player in India’s evolving industrial construction landscape.
