IndiQube Spaces Ltd has further strengthened its presence in India’s growing flexible workspace segment by leasing 48,000 sq ft of premium office space in Bengaluru to a leading healthcare technology company. The deal, valued at ₹75 crore over a five-year tenure, will be used for setting up a Global Capability Centre (GCC), underlining the rising demand for managed office spaces among multinational firms.

The Bengaluru office space has been leased at one of IndiQube’s co-working centres, reflecting the continued momentum in the city’s commercial real estate market. Bengaluru remains one of India’s most preferred destinations for GCCs, technology companies, and multinational corporations due to its strong talent pool, robust infrastructure, and established corporate ecosystem.

According to the company’s regulatory filing, the client operates in the healthcare technology space and has opted for a premium managed workspace solution to support its global operations. The move also highlights the growing trend of companies choosing flexible and scalable office formats over conventional long-term leases.

IndiQube, which was listed on the stock exchanges last year, currently has a presence in 17 cities with over 9.55 million sq ft area under management. The company has emerged as a key player in India’s managed workspace and flexible office segment, catering to large corporates, startups, and GCC operators.

Industry experts note that the rise in GCC demand is significantly benefiting Bengaluru’s office market, particularly in the managed workspace segment. Healthcare, technology, finance, and engineering firms are increasingly looking for plug-and-play office solutions that can be quickly scaled as operations expand.

The latest transaction is also seen as a positive signal for India’s commercial real estate sector, especially amid growing demand for Grade A office assets and co-working spaces. With more multinational companies expanding their India operations, Bengaluru is expected to continue witnessing strong office leasing activity in the coming quarters.
