CREDAI Announces Hyderabad Property Show 2025, Sets Stage for Homebuyers’ Empowerment

The CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India) today announced a much-awaited event, and that is the Hyderabad Property Show 2025, from 15th to 17th August at HITEX Exhibition Centre (Hall 1 & 3) for the event name Choice Is Yours. A three-day event, truly famous among home buyers, that gives them unrestricted access to RERA-approved projects and one-stop clarity on many other residential and commercial options.

This was announced in the presence of senior leadership from CREDAI Hyderabad, namely President N. Jaideep Reddy, President-Elect B. Jagannath Rao, General Secretary K. Kranti Kiran Reddy, Convener Kurra Srinath, Co-Convener Aravind Rao Mechineni, Vice Presidents Manoj Kumar Agarwal, K. Anil Reddy, Y. Ravi Prasad, Treasurer Nitish Reddy Gudoor, Joint Secretaries Sanjay Kumar Bansal, Sriram Musunuru, Managing Committee members, and representation from the Executive Council.

The real estate market in Hyderabad has been vibrant; May 2025 saw property registrations cross ₹4,300 crore, representing a 14% rise year‑on‑year due to significant employment hubs, investor-friendly regulations, and infrastructure upgrades. CREDAI expects that the city will see the addition of 200 million sq ft. of office stock by 2030, further fueling residential and commercial demand.

“Hyderabad’s growth story stems from its diversified industrial base—IT, manufacturing, pharma, life sciences, EV and defense—bolstered by world‑class infrastructure, a skilled workforce and a pro‑business climate,” said B. Jagannath Rao. He added that government incentives and policy support have made the city a magnet for both domestic and foreign investors.
