Godrej Properties enters Hyderabad by opening its maiden luxury residential offerings, Godrej Madison Avenue. The maiden premium residential property, which can command a booking value of almost ₹1,300 crore from across 3 acres of land, the project will include luxury 3 and 4 BHK flats worth about 1.2 million square feet.

This design, inspired by Manhattan’s architecture, is for Godrej Madison Avenue, where the evolving needs of homebuyers are focused on sustainable and wellness-driven living environments. It will house modern living that combines thoughtful landscaping, Manhattan-style green spaces, a Central Park-inspired fountain, and a triple-height lobby.

With beautiful design, many privileged amenities could be enjoyed through the gym, badminton court, lounge with panoramic view, and great expansive terrace space. Other recreation facilities like jogging tracks, pickleball courts, water features, and the three-level clubhouse combining elegance and wellness for modern life are given.

Hyderabad market for real estate has flourished due to growing IT industries and strong infrastructures. Kokapet has emerged as the top hub for premium residential projects mainly due to its prime location on Outer Ring Road with proximity to key commercial establishments. Godrej Madison Avenue, for instance, benefits from excellent connectivity to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, top institutions of learning, premium retail and healthcare facilities.

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties, said: “The Kokapet prime location and infra-advantages make it ideal for the high-end residential development. Godrej Madison Avenue embodies our focus on sustainable, quality, and world-class homes to be able to match the demands of discerning customers with thoughtful and sensitive design in every living space”.
