Embassy Developments Set to Unveil Six Major Residential Projects Worth Rs 10,300 Crore in North Bengaluru

Embassy Developments is preparing for one of its biggest annual expansions, with plans to launch six significant residential projects worth approximately Rs 10,300 crore in North Bengaluru during FY26. The company aims to reinforce its position in one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing real estate corridors, driven by rising demand for premium housing and integrated community living.

A major highlight of the upcoming portfolio is Embassy Greenshore, a modern residential development planned within the expansive Embassy Springs township. The project will offer over 800 apartments across two, three and four-bedroom configurations. Designed with premium finishes and community-centric amenities, Greenshore is expected to cater to homebuyers seeking high-quality homes with long-term value potential.

Another important addition is Embassy Verde Phase II, which follows the strong response to its fully booked first phase. Located within Embassy Springs, Phase II continues the township’s vision of sustainable, large-scale residential planning. With landscaped open spaces, upgraded amenities and improved design features, the project is positioned to attract both end users and investors.

Beyond the township, Embassy is also readying a landmark 10-acre residential project in Hebbal, adjacent to the prominent Embassy Lake Terraces. This development is expected to deliver more than 600 residences and strengthen the company’s presence in a micro-market known for strong connectivity, corporate hubs and stable luxury housing demand.

The remaining launches include two villa projects, one of which will be an exclusive invite-only community tailored for ultra-premium buyers. The second villa development spans an extensive 116-acre land parcel, offering spacious residences surrounded by curated green spaces and lifestyle amenities.

In total, the six upcoming projects cover 5.6 million sq ft of residential space. A spokesperson for Embassy noted that these developments align with the company’s long-term strategy of delivering high-quality living environments in North Bengaluru, an area that continues to evolve as a preferred destination for homebuyers, businesses and investors.
