
CPWD Invites Bids for SRLDC Design-Cum-Build at CPRI Campus in Bengaluru The project, with a cost worth of ₹141.63 crore, is devised to improve the region’s power management under the supervision of GRID Controller of India.
The value and scope of the tender include planning, design and construction of a state-of-the-art facility with basement and ancillary buildings, according to the tender details. It also includes complete site development, specialized works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services and obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.
The job is due to be finished in 18 months from the time of completion. Bids are due on March 26, 2025, from interested bidders.
This development is likely to significantly optimize power distribution as well as improve grid management in the southern part of the country. Inviting experienced contractors is expected to ensure technical and safety standards in the execution of the project, added the CPWD.
