
CMAM, the Chennai Metro Asset Management Limited, has awarded a contract worth Rs. 349.99 crore to Renaatus Projects Private Limited for the construction of the much-awaited 27-storey Chennai Central Tower. Located near the Central Railway Station, which is a hotbed of commercial activity, this tower will stand out as a landmark development in Chennai with its modern architecture blended with eco-friendly innovations.
Chennai Central Tower was to be the most green building in the city, designed under international green standards. Its systems were designed to be very energy-efficient while being equipped with all the world-class amenities so that there was comfort for users and a sustainability factor added.
