Century Real Estate is set to launch eight housing projects across over 55 acres in Bengaluru within the next 18 months. These projects, located in North and East Bengaluru, will feature units priced above ₹1.4 crore.

Two notable projects, Codename Built Rare in Indiranagar and Codename UnbeLivable in Yelahanka, will officially launch within two months. They have already secured ₹650 crore during pre-launch, with an expected revenue of ₹2,200 crore. Spanning 8.5 acres, these projects will include 345 premium 3-4 BHK apartments, townhouses, and penthouses, priced between ₹5.5 crore and ₹25 crore.

The company plans to bring in financial partners based on project requirements. Known for doubling its revenue year-on-year, Century Real Estate has also partnered with major developers like Prestige Estates and Brigade Enterprises through joint development ventures.

Beyond residential projects, the company is exploring opportunities in senior living, with plans for a modest project in the coming financial year.
