Brigade Group unveiled a major residential launch in South Chennai with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,100 crore. The residential project, Brigade Morgan Heights, will be developed along the Sholinganallur–Medavakkam road and is expected to offer 2.2 million sq.ft of high-end residential space.

Spreading over 14.7 acres of land, the project will be comprising approximately 1,250 apartments in 2, 3 and 4 BHK sizes with units going up to 2,599 sq ft. The project is developed on a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) basis.

Strategically located just 150 metres from the upcoming Classical Tamil Institute Metro Station, the development is in an ideal location to benefit from instant access to larger IT parks such as ELCOT, Wipro, and Cognizant—all within a radius of 10 minutes—making it a major draw for working professionals along the tech belt.

The firm is also emphasizing sustainability amenities, such as roofless solar panels which will cover one-third of the terrace space for powering shared utilities, rainwater harvesting systems, groundwater recharge facilities, and an organic waste converter. The residents will also enjoy a 40,000 sq ft clubhouse with lifestyle and recreational amenities in excess of 30.

“Chennai remains an important market for Brigade Group, and the expansion is according to our vision of taking high-quality residential developments to future urban corridors,” said Pavitra Shankar, MD, Brigade Enterprises.”With its prime location, proximity to IT hubs, and a serene green setting, Brigade Morgan Heights will be a one-of-a-kind living experience blending comfort, sustainability and modern-day living.”

The launch is a significant milestone in Brigade’s ongoing investment in Chennai, where the company is going to add almost ₹8,000 crore value of developments by 2030. It is one of the developer’s growing portfolios in the city that includes such marquee developments as the World Trade Centre and Orion Mall.
