Brigade Group Launches ₹950-Crore Lakeside Housing Project in Bengaluru

Real estate major Brigade Group has announced the planned launch of Brigade Lakecrest, which is an elite housing project near Bhattarahalli Lake along Old Madras Road, with an estimated potential revenue of more than ₹950 crores.

The project is RERA approved on 24th June, 2025, and will be developed on a Joint Development model on far of 9.33 lakh sq. ft., and is expected to be completed by March 2030.

It is designed as a lakeside enclave featuring 604 residences, designed to accommodate 1, 2, and 3 BHK formats. All apartments will be equipped with vast balconies facing the lake, while particular up-to-date lifestyle requirements can include a dedicated home office/study space in some selected units.

Brigade claims that the project’s design accentuates open green spaces at large, layered landscape designs, and recreational areas backed by a double-height clubhouse that can cater to all age groups.
