Ashiana Housing Launches Phase 2 of Senior Living Project in Chennai

Ashiana Housing Ltd has launched Phase 2 of its senior living project, Ashiana Vatsalya, in Chennai, reinforcing the city’s growing preference for community-based senior residences. The new phase follows the strong response to Phase 1, launched in March 2024, which recorded the sale of 205 out of 258 units and generated over ₹167 crore in revenue.

Phase 2 of Ashiana Vatsalya offers thoughtfully designed 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments, with all-inclusive prices ranging from approximately ₹75 lakh to ₹1.61 crore. The project was officially launched in October 2025, with possession expected by July 2028. RERA registration is scheduled for April 2029, ensuring compliance and transparency for homebuyers.

Located on a 2.73-acre parcel within the larger 1,114-unit township, Ashiana Vatsalya aims to redefine senior living in Chennai through a holistic and secure environment. So far, 430 units have been launched under the project. The development includes a 42,000 sq ft clubhouse, concierge services, and over 40 lifestyle and sports amenities that cater to physical, emotional, and social well-being. Around 6.29 acres have been dedicated to lush green park spaces, while 66% of the homes enjoy serene views of Kolavai Lake. Each apartment comes with a three-sided open layout and spacious 7-ft-deep balconies that promote natural ventilation and light.
