Action Construction Equipment Ltd (ACE), a leading player in the construction equipment industry, has announced plans to invest around ₹400 crore in a state-of-the-art tower crane manufacturing facility at Palwal in Faridabad. Spread across 22 acres, the new plant is designed to address the growing demand for construction equipment in India’s rapidly expanding infrastructure sector.
The company has also secured 32 acres of land in Indore to support future expansion. This move signals ACE’s strong growth vision and commitment to innovation as it looks to strengthen its presence across key business segments. According to Executive Director Sorab Agarwal, the company aims to double its revenues by FY2030 through strategic investments and diversification into high-potential areas such as backhoe loaders, defence, and agriculture equipment. A major focus will also be on increasing export volumes, positioning ACE as a global sourcing hub.
Agarwal highlighted that capacity augmentation through facilities like Palwal, combined with the adoption of next-generation technologies, is enhancing ACE’s competitive edge. The company has already recorded its highest-ever yearly and quarterly revenue and profits during Q4FY25, reflecting strong momentum despite global uncertainties.
India’s infrastructure push and steady GDP growth of around 6.5 percent are expected to keep construction activity robust. Domestic consumption and sustained government capital expenditure continue to drive demand for equipment, while external challenges such as supply chain disruptions and geopolitical issues remain.
ACE’s strategy is closely aligned with India’s emergence as the world’s fourth-largest economy. By investing heavily in new infrastructure and expanding into international markets, the company is positioning itself for long-term growth. The Palwal facility will not only boost production capacity but also reinforce India’s reputation as a global hub for construction equipment manufacturing.
With its clear vision for the next decade, Action Construction Equipment is expected to play a pivotal role in supporting India’s infrastructure growth while expanding its global footprint.
