Century Real Estate Launches The Astoria in North Bengaluru After ₹550 Crore in Bookings

Century Real Estate has formally introduced The Astoria, a premium residential project at Century Immencity in Jakkur, North Bengaluru, after the development recorded bookings worth more than ₹550 crore since its pre-launch in July 2026. The project adds to the developer’s residential portfolio in a locality along International Airport Road.

The Astoria comprises 334 residences spread across five towers on approximately six acres. The development includes three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes, along with penthouses, catering to buyers seeking larger residential spaces. Around 75% of the project area is planned as open space, while the amenities include a clubhouse spanning approximately 40,000 square feet.

The project is part of Century Immencity, a larger mixed-use development planned to combine residential spaces with offices, retail outlets, hospitality facilities and cultural and recreational areas. The integrated development is planned to include close to 10 million square feet of commercial space.

At full maturity, Century Immencity is expected to support more than one lakh professionals. This projected workforce could contribute to demand for housing, retail and other services in North Bengaluru, although the development’s broader impact will depend on the pace of construction, occupancy and infrastructure growth in the surrounding area.

Century Immencity’s planning and design involve international firms DP Architects of Singapore and BDP of London. The development’s design approach emphasises pedestrian movement, landscaped promenades, plazas and green spaces intended to connect its different uses.

Century Real Estate describes The Astoria’s residential concept as “Neo Luxe”, built around privacy, purpose and design. The project’s positioning combines premium homes with access to the wider commercial, retail and lifestyle facilities planned within Century Immencity.

The development was initially pre-launched in July 2026 under the name Codename Bluemoon. Its subsequent introduction as The Astoria marks the next stage of the project. According to the developer, bookings have crossed ₹550 crore since the pre-launch, indicating an early response from prospective buyers.

The Astoria’s progress will be watched alongside the wider development of Century Immencity, where residential demand, commercial leasing and the delivery of supporting amenities will shape the project’s longer-term prospects.
