Allcargo Logistics closed Financial Year 2025–26 with revenue from operations of ₹2,058 crore, marking a 4.95% increase from ₹1,961 crore in the previous financial year. The company’s consolidated EBITDA rose 16.5% to ₹233 crore from ₹200 crore, reflecting improved operating performance following the restructuring of its business.

The results come after Allcargo’s demerger of its international supply chain business, which has left the company focused on domestic express distribution and logistics services. The shift is aimed at creating a more focused operating model, with the company looking to expand volumes while improving yields through pricing initiatives and technology.

During FY26, Allcargo implemented price increases of around 4% in the third and fourth quarters. The company has also set aside an annual technology budget of ₹20–25 crore for developing and deploying generative artificial intelligence and agentic AI tools. These technologies are intended to support real-time operational management and pricing decisions.

Despite the improvement in operating performance, consolidated profit after tax fell sharply during FY26. PAT declined 87.69% to ₹8 crore from ₹65 crore in FY25, with the company attributing the pressure to costs associated with the demerger and restructuring.

The company continues to maintain a strong customer retention rate of around 98%, according to the report. Its express logistics operations have also benefited from efforts to improve service levels and optimize costs.

Allcargo has outlined a four-year growth roadmap targeting revenue of more than ₹3,000 crore by Financial Year 2030. Achieving the target would require continued volume expansion, pricing discipline and greater use of technology across its logistics operations.

The company’s more recent performance has shown further improvement. In the first quarter of Financial Year 2026–27, Allcargo reported an 11.2% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue from operations to ₹546 crore. EBITDA rose 39.2% to ₹71 crore, while the company reported a net profit of ₹14 crore.

With its business now concentrated on domestic express logistics, Allcargo is placing greater emphasis on operational efficiency, digital tools and customer retention. The coming quarters will provide a clearer indication of how effectively the company can translate these initiatives into sustained volume and revenue growth.
