Bengaluru-based real estate developer Concorde is stepping up its residential expansion in North Bengaluru with an investment of around ₹80 crore in a new premium housing project on Hennur Road.

Named Concorde Sienna, the development will come up on a three-acre land parcel and is expected to have a development potential of around 4.5 lakh sq. ft. The project carries an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹500 crore, adding a sizeable residential development to the Hennur corridor.

The project comes as North Bengaluru continues to attract residential developers, supported by its proximity to employment centres, transport infrastructure and established residential neighbourhoods.

260 apartments planned across 28 floors

Concorde Sienna is planned as a high-rise residential development with 260 premium apartments across G+28 floors. Apartment sizes will range from 1,200 sq. ft. to 1,870 sq. ft., catering to buyers looking for larger homes in the city’s northern growth corridor.

The development is planned with a strong emphasis on open areas, with around 75% of the project earmarked as open space. A 10,000 sq. ft. Evolve Clubhouse will also form part of the project, offering recreational, fitness and community facilities for residents.

Architecturally, the project takes inspiration from European design. Features such as Juliet balconies and classical detailing are planned alongside layouts focused on natural ventilation, daylight and efficient use of space.

Hennur location strengthens connectivity

Concorde Sienna’s location on Hennur Road gives it access to several important employment and infrastructure hubs in North Bengaluru. The project is positioned with connectivity to Manyata Tech Park, Hennur Main Road, Hebbal and Nagawara.

The location also provides access to Kempegowda International Airport, making the corridor relevant to both professionals working in nearby business districts and homebuyers seeking connectivity towards the airport.

Concorde Managing Director Anil RG said the project reflects the company’s confidence in Bengaluru’s residential market and the long-term prospects of North Bengaluru.

The developer also said it received an encouraging response during its channel partner meet for the project.

With 4.5 lakh sq. ft. of planned development and a ₹500-crore estimated GDV, Concorde Sienna will add to the growing pipeline of premium residential projects across North Bengaluru. The development also highlights continued developer interest in Hennur as the city’s northern residential corridors expand.
