Radisson Hotel Group has expanded its India growth pipeline with the signing of 10 new hotels across seven states, reinforcing its strategy of strengthening its presence in key metropolitan cities while accelerating expansion into emerging tier II and tier III destinations.
The latest agreements cover six brands within the group’s portfolio, including Radisson Blu, Radisson, Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson Individuals Premier, Park Inn & Suites by Radisson and Radisson Individuals Retreats. The expansion reflects the growing demand for branded hospitality assets across India’s business, leisure and religious tourism markets.
South India continues to be a major focus for the hotel chain. The company has signed Radisson Hotel Tirupati and Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Kadapa Airport in Andhra Pradesh, while Bengaluru will welcome three new hospitality projects comprising Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Bengaluru, Park Inn by Radisson Electronic City and Lavish Hotel Bengaluru under the Radisson Individuals Premier brand.
The new developments are expected to strengthen accommodation options in important business hubs and pilgrimage destinations, where domestic tourism continues to witness sustained growth. Tirupati remains one of India’s busiest religious tourism centres, while Bengaluru continues to attract corporate travel and long-term business investments.
Beyond South India, the expansion includes Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Mathura Vrindavan in Uttar Pradesh, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Jawai in Rajasthan, Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Vadodara in Gujarat and Jungle Home Resort Tadoba in Maharashtra. The Tadoba property, located near the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve, is expected to cater to the growing wildlife and experiential tourism segment.
According to Nikhil Sharma, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, South Asia, the latest signings reflect Radisson Hotel Group’s long-term strategy of combining stronger penetration in established metropolitan markets with expansion into underserved cities through an asset-light, franchise-led model.
Radisson Hotel Group currently operates or has more than 225 hotels under development across India. With the latest additions, the company continues to strengthen its hospitality network, supporting the country’s growing demand for premium hotels, business accommodation, leisure resorts and destination travel experiences. The expansion is also expected to create new opportunities for tourism, local employment and hospitality-led infrastructure development across multiple regions.
