BuzzWorks Expands Into Mysuru With 16,000 Sq Ft Flexible Workspace

BuzzWorks, the managed office and co-working platform of Brigade Group, has expanded its commercial real estate footprint in Karnataka with the launch of a new flexible workspace centre in Mysuru. The company has opened a 16,000 sq ft office facility at Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road, marking its growing focus on tier-II business markets across South India.

The new centre offers more than 500 seats and is designed to cater to global capability centres, startups, technology firms and corporates looking for managed office solutions outside major metro cities. The launch comes at a time when businesses are increasingly exploring cities such as Mysuru, Coimbatore and Indore due to lower operating costs, improving infrastructure and access to skilled talent.

According to BuzzWorks, the Mysuru workspace has been developed with enterprise-grade office infrastructure while incorporating local architectural and cultural elements inspired by the heritage city. The company believes the demand for high-quality flexible workspaces is steadily rising in emerging commercial hubs.

Siddharth Verma, Business Head at BuzzWorks, stated that companies now expect premium office infrastructure even in non-metro locations. He added that the managed workspace sector is witnessing strong long-term demand as businesses continue adopting hybrid working models and flexible leasing strategies.

BuzzWorks has also announced further expansion plans across Bengaluru and Chennai as part of its FY27 growth roadmap. In Bengaluru, the company plans to expand at Brigade Tech Gardens in Whitefield and launch another centre at Brigade Elysium in Varthur. The company is also increasing office capacity at the World Trade Centre campus at Brigade Gateway in Rajajinagar due to sustained occupier demand.

In Chennai, BuzzWorks is preparing to launch a new managed office facility at Brigade Tech Boulevard. The company expects increasing demand from GCCs and sectors such as BFSI, automotive engineering and technology services.

Since entering the flexible workspace segment in 2019, BuzzWorks has steadily expanded across southern India. Brigade Group has developed over 90 million sq ft of real estate projects across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors since 1986.
