Prozo Expands Warehousing Footprint in Karnataka with Two New Hoskote Fulfilment Centres

Prozo has strengthened its presence in South India’s fast growing logistics market by adding two new multi client fulfilment centres in Hoskote, located about 29 kilometres east of Bengaluru. The expansion adds approximately 1.51 lakh square feet to the company’s regional portfolio and underlines the rising demand for modern warehousing and integrated supply chain solutions in Karnataka.

The two facilities, measuring around 75000 square feet and 76000 square feet respectively, take Prozo’s total number of fulfilment centres in Karnataka to 12. At the national level, the company now operates more than 50 fulfilment centres spanning over 3 million square feet. This steady growth reflects the increasing need for organised storage, faster order processing and technology driven inventory management across industries.

Hoskote has emerged as one of the most preferred warehousing micro markets in the Bengaluru region. Its proximity to NH 75, access to industrial clusters in east Bengaluru and connectivity to dense urban consumption hubs make it an attractive destination for logistics occupiers. Companies are increasingly looking at such peripheral locations to optimise distribution networks while maintaining quick delivery timelines.

The latest expansion aligns with the growth of e commerce penetration, omnichannel retail strategies and heightened customer expectations for faster deliveries. By enhancing infrastructure in key logistics corridors, Prozo aims to offer improved process discipline, better inventory visibility and greater operational predictability to its clients.

Industry observers note that South India continues to witness strong absorption of Grade A warehousing space, driven by manufacturing, retail and third party logistics players.
