Value Spaces Launches Phase 3 Industrial Logistics Park in Chennai

Value Spaces has marked a significant milestone with the grand launch of Phase 3 of its Industrial Logistics Park at Polivakkam in Chennai. The expansion was unveiled in the presence of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and Industries Minister Dr TRB Rajaa, reflecting the state’s continued push towards industrial growth and infrastructure development.

Spread across 40 acres, Phase 3 will add one million square feet of premium industrial sheds, backed by an investment of approximately Rs 250 crore. The development is designed to cater to built to suit requirements for manufacturing and warehousing companies seeking high quality infrastructure in a strategic location. With seamless connectivity to major highways and industrial corridors, Polivakkam is fast emerging as a preferred destination for global and domestic investors.

Phases 1 and 2 of the project have already delivered over two million square feet of industrial space and are occupied by 15 global companies from India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Spain and the United States. This strong tenant profile underlines the growing confidence in Tamil Nadu as a competitive manufacturing hub.

Industry stakeholders have credited proactive policy reforms, investor friendly governance and the efforts of Guidance Tamil Nadu for accelerating large scale investments in the state. Over the past five years, Tamil Nadu has attracted record investments and generated millions of jobs, strengthening its leadership position in India’s industrial landscape.
