Sumadhura Group Enters South Bangalore with ₹500 Cr Residential Project

Sumadhura Group has made its foray into South Bangalore with the launch of its newest residential project, Codename Uru. The development, set in Kenchanhalli off Mysore Road, will be the group’s tallest residential building in the city.

Covering an area of 3.25 acres, the project promises revenue of ₹500 crore. Possession will be in December 2029.

Codename Uru will provide 297 luxury 2 and 3-BHK homes across two towers, each spanning 28 floors. The project boasts exceptional features like 22-foot-long balconies, more than 10 themed gardens, and a signature clubhouse’ Club Sumadhura’drawn from Carnatic heritage. The clubhouse will accommodate over 50 lifestyle amenities.

The location of the project provides good connectivity, with the Jnanabharathi Metro Station just a minute away and Metro Cash & Carry five minutes away. It also has smooth connectivity to NICE Road and is close to the 1,200-acre campus of Bangalore University.
