ZS, a global leader in management consulting and technology, has opened up an additional 50,000 sq. ft office at Raheja IT Park, HITEC City, in Hyderabad, leveraging further building its service capabilities to healthcare and life sciences Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.

The facility accommodates 550-600 employees and comes after a year of ZS establishing its presence in the city. This is a move by the company aimed toward more customised, high-impact solutions for its global GCC partners and enhancing innovation and operational support.

“Our strategic expansion in Hyderabad underscores our commitment to the region’s talent pool and our ability to serve global partners with differentiated, technology-driven solutions,” commented Mohit Sood, Regional Managing Principal at ZS.

ZS works from the ground up with new and established GCCs to offer services from operational design and capacity building to technology-enabled transformation using ZS’s proprietary AI platforms. The company stated that its expansion in Hyderabad will play a vital role in helping global healthcare and life sciences clients transform their operations, build advanced data capabilities, and innovate faster.

Established in 1983, ZS is headquartered in Evanston, USA, and has over 13,000 employees stationed at more than 35 offices around the globe. India has grown into one of its operational behemoths, with at least 10,000 workers on board at Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, and Noida.

The Hyderabad extension comes in at a time when the city has made strides in being a perfect hub for GCCs in all the facets of healthcare, life sciences, and technology. Experts in the industry opine that ZS’s decision is a stamp of confidence on the region’s talented workforce and solid infrastructure, alongside its emergence as a center for specialized service delivery.

With this office, ZS intends to deepen collaboration with global healthcare corporations to fast-track the adoption of technology in GCCs and provide end-to-end support to complex business transformations. The firm emphasizes that this investment is in full alignment with its long-held vision of building scalable, innovation-based solutions from India for global impact.
