Shriram Properties Acquires Bengaluru Land for Rs 250 Cr Premium Residential Project

Shriram Properties has made a big move in securing its presence in North Bengaluru through the acquisition of a 5-acre land parcel in Yelahanka. The organization plans to develop the land as a luxury residential project of villas or row houses with a gross development value (GDV) of about Rs 200–250 crore The launch is likely in the second half of FY26.

The property is in one of North Bengaluru’s most potential micro-markets, with leading schools, colleges, and expanding infrastructure around it. It’s a location more and more popular among families with an appreciation for connectivity as well as lifestyle. With business complexes, IT parks, and Kempegowda International Airport close by, Yelahanka is fast becoming a realty hotspot.

Stocks of Shriram Properties went up by 6% after the announcement, with a high of Rs 85 per share during the month. The market’s response indicates optimism regarding the firm’s strategy and prospects of the project.

Meant for new-age homebuyers, particularly families seeking expansive homes in an integrated neighborhood, the development has much to deliver beyond being merely a residence to live in.
