Bengaluru-based real estate developer Shriram Properties Limited (SPL) has announced the launch of a new premium residential project in the heart of South Bengaluru’s fast-developing Electronic City. With an estimated revenue potential of over ₹350 crore, the project marks another key milestone in the company’s expansion into high-demand urban corridors.
The newly launched project, titled Codename: The One, will feature 340 well-designed 2 and 3 BHK apartments with a total saleable area of approximately 5 lakh square feet. According to the company, the project is expected to be completed within three years and is aimed at meeting the growing demand for quality residential spaces in one of Bengaluru’s most sought-after IT zones.
One of the standout features of the project is what the company claims to be South Bengaluru’s largest sky terrace, designed to offer residents expansive views and thoughtfully curated lifestyle amenities. Strategically located near Bommasandra Metro Station and close to Narayana Hrudayalaya, the project is positioned to attract working professionals from nearby IT and tech parks, healthcare institutions, and industrial hubs.
“This project reflects our belief that modern urban living can be intentional, well-connected, and designed for real lives,” said Vivek Venkateswar, Director of Strategic Marketing and Partnerships at Shriram Properties. “Backed by strong product design and location advantage, we believe this launch will enhance the micro-market and transform it into a vibrant mid-premium residential hub.”
Gopalakrishnan J, Executive Director and CEO of Shriram Properties, added that the launch follows the overwhelming success of their recent Pune project and is in line with the company’s broader growth strategy. “We are excited about this project because of its unique design and elevated lifestyle offerings,” he said.
Shriram Properties is also looking to scale its operations significantly. The company has outlined an ambitious roadmap to double annual sales to ₹5,000 crore, triple its revenue to ₹3,000 crore, and quadruple net profits to over ₹250 crore within the next three years. It has already delivered 44 residential projects spanning 24.4 million square feet across five cities.
With this new launch, Shriram Properties aims to cater to the evolving aspirations of Bengaluru’s growing middle-income and professional class, offering a blend of connectivity, comfort, and lifestyle in a fast-growing urban corridor.
