The State Bank of India (SBI) has issued a call inviting bids as it invited a tender for a major construction work at its SBI Enclave at Lingampally Post in Hyderabad. The ₹363-crore work would be undertaken under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model.

The project scope entails the construction of 134 residential apartments in two towers, a Deputy Managing Director (DMD) bungalow, an individual office building, and a clubhouse. The complex is planned to offer contemporary, quality infrastructure to SBI staff, combining living comfort with efficient workspaces.

SBI has fixed 36 months period for completion of the project, six months of which will be spent on planning, designing, and obtaining statutory clearances from local authorities. The remaining 30 months will be spent on actual execution and project completion of the construction activity. After its completion, the project will also have a 24-month defect liability period within which any defects would need to be removed by the contractor.

The complex is to be constructed with contemporary building methods in mind, prioritizing safety, sustainability, and staff health and well-being. SBI is aiming to provide an integrated living and working space that serves administrative and residential purposes under one campus.

Submission of tenders will be accepted up to September 11, 2025. Any interested EPC contractors should download the tender documents and follow the eligibility criteria for participating in the bidding process.
This is part of a larger infrastructure upgrade program by SBI aimed at upgrading its facilities across India to improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
