Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has entered the National Capital Region (NCR) residential market with a robust entry, recording more than ₹3,000 crore in sales within a week of launch. Bengaluru-based developer Prestige announced that it sold 1,200 units during the first phase of “The Prestige City” in Indirapuram.
The project marks Prestige’s debut residential development in NCR and covers 62.5 acres along NH-24 in Indirapuram Extension. The first phase includes two residential clusters—Oakwood and Mulberry—offering a total of 3,421 homes spread across 19 towers.
A third phase, named Mayflower, is in the pipeline and will further expand the township’s housing options. Additionally, the development will feature a Forum Mall covering 1.18 million sq ft, bringing retail and entertainment facilities to the integrated community.
“The response to our NCR launch has exceeded expectations. This milestone affirms our brand trust and the demand for planned, premium living in urban hubs,” said Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group. He added that the company plans major residential launches this year across Bengaluru, Chennai, Goa, NCR, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.
The strong sales performance underscores the growing demand for large-format townships with modern amenities in the Delhi metropolitan region. It also signals increasing consumer interest in branded developments backed by a national footprint.
Despite the announcement, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd shares closed lower on Tuesday, ending at ₹1,326.85 on the BSE, down ₹57.85 or 4.18%.
