Mumbai-based Oberoi Realty is set to open its second mall in the city’s Borivali area, known as Sky City Mall, by January 2025. Part of the expansive Oberoi Sky City project, this mall aims to enhance Mumbai’s retail landscape, catering to a growing demand for premium shopping and lifestyle destinations in the Borivali region. Construction is progressing steadily, positioning Oberoi Realty to strengthen its presence in the commercial retail space within Mumbai.

In addition to this mall project, Oberoi Realty is also making strides beyond Maharashtra. Its inaugural venture in Gurugram, Haryana, is currently undergoing approval, with an anticipated launch in the first or second quarter of FY26. This upcoming project marks a significant expansion for Oberoi Realty as it taps into the lucrative northern market.

In November 2023, the company acquired 14.81 acres of prime land in Gurugram’s Sector-58 for Rs 597 crore, aiming to develop a high-end residential group housing project. The site boasts a substantial development potential of approximately 2.6 million sq. ft., earmarked for luxury housing to cater to Gurugram’s upscale market.

With these ventures, Oberoi Realty continues to solidify its position in both the commercial and residential sectors, focusing on high-demand urban areas like Mumbai and Gurugram. The dual expansion aligns with the company’s vision to bring luxury living and premier retail spaces to metropolitan cities, enhancing customer experiences across India.
