MAIA Estates Raises Rs 120 Crore for ‘The Seven’, a Luxury Residential Landmark in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru

MAIA Estates has taken a significant step forward in Bengaluru’s luxury housing segment by securing Rs 120 crore funding from Arnya, a boutique investment management firm, for the development of its upcoming premium residential project, ‘The Seven’ in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru. The investment marks a strong vote of confidence in the city’s high-end real estate market, which continues to attract discerning homebuyers and institutional investors.

‘The Seven’ is planned as a twin 36-storey tower development, spanning six lakh square feet of prime real estate. The project will offer spacious four-bedroom and large-format luxury homes, designed in collaboration with leading international architects. MAIA Estates aims to blend modern design with the cultural richness of Basavanagudi, one of Bengaluru’s most historic and sought-after neighbourhoods.

The architecture of the project draws inspiration from the area’s deep-rooted heritage. The project is scheduled to begin construction in early 2026 and is targeted for completion by 2029, positioning it as a future landmark in South Bengaluru’s luxury housing landscape.
