Housr, a rapidly growing luxury managed living brand, has expanded into the short-stay segment to meet the rising demand for flexible accommodations among corporate travelers. The brand’s new offerings will be available across four key cities Gurugram, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Vizag on launch day, with 30+ properties set to host corporate guests. This move is part of Housr’s broader strategy to diversify and strengthen its market presence.

The expansion follows the company’s impressive growth over the past 18 months, with occupancy rates exceeding 90% at its existing 70+ properties across top-tier cities. Housr aims to dedicate slightly different types of rooms in its properties to appeal to business travelers and therefore, offer enhanced experiences to business people during key traveling seasons, such as the year-end rush.

Valued more than USD 10.6 billion, and with a 10.1% CAGR forecast, the corporate travel market in India should reach USD 20.8 billion by FY30. The push for personalized, tech-enabled, and sustainable travel will push this industry. It is with this in mind that Housr is out to redefine the corporate stay with luxury short-stay services that meet changing needs in the profile of the modern business traveler.

Deepak Anand, founder and CEO of Housr, shared that the expansion was pointed out by some of the current residents, with 30-40% clamoring for a type of short- stay that fits their corporate travel needs. “This gap in the market, combined with rising demand, inspired our move into the short-stay segment,” Anand said.

Housr’s offerings will feature premium services such as professional housekeeping, laundry on demand, buffet meals, high-speed WiFi, and 3-tier security. Personal care and grooming essentials will also be provided for corporate guests. In Q1 2025, the company plans to launch 10 additional properties, further cementing its position in both the short-stay and managed living markets.
