Bengaluru-based Hosachiguru has ventured into residential development with Unnati, a unique farm-theme residential project in Chikballapur, Karnataka. The company enters real estate while still keeping intact its promise of eco-friendly and sustainable living.

Unnati features 170 plots averaging 5,400 sq ft on over 40 acres. The prelaunch prices for the plot start at Rs 81 lakh. The entire development is supposed to be complete by 2027 and thus the revenue projection stands at approximately Rs 130 crore.

According to Hosachiguru CEO Srinath Setty, “The development is eco-friendly and sustainable. Hosachiguru Unnati is a green vision, with the tag of ‘new ways of doing real estate, for the best that is to be'”. So whether it’s a peaceful retiring space, or for a parent, to get his child close to nature, the pet owner needs some space for their furry friend or simply looking at eco-friendly living, Unnati caters to all.

Along with this new residential project, Hosachiguru recently launched Aamrut Farm, its 26th managed farmland project on the outskirts of Bengaluru. This will bring the company’s total managed land to over 1,500 acres, moving one step closer to its vision of integrating nature with development.

The company, with the launch of Unnati, is looking at the increasing demand for sustainable living spaces and offers the opportunity to buyers to live in harmony with nature.
