Hilton has expanded its presence in Bengaluru with the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Whitefield, marking a major step in its ongoing India growth strategy. Located in one of the city’s most vibrant business and technology districts, the new hotel reinforces Hilton’s long-term commitment to building a strong multi-brand presence across India’s leading urban markets.
Developed in partnership with Minerva Executive Apartment Private Limited, the hotel becomes Hilton’s second property in Whitefield and joins six other Hilton-branded hotels already operating in the city. The launch comes as Bengaluru continues to record rising corporate travel, higher technology-sector mobility and growing leisure demand, positioning Whitefield as a central driver in the city’s expanding hospitality landscape.
Senior leadership emphasised the strategic importance of this milestone. Zubin Saxena, Senior Vice President and Regional Head, South Asia, Hilton, said that Bengaluru remains one of Hilton’s most promising growth markets in the region and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to serving the city’s evolving business and travel needs. Jenny Milos, Vice President, Brand Management, Asia Pacific, highlighted that Hilton Garden Inn is designed for today’s quality-seeking travellers. Samir Shah, Director at Minerva Executive Apartment Private Limited, noted Whitefield’s strong connection to the city’s thriving tech ecosystem.
The newly opened Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Whitefield features 223 well-appointed, contemporary rooms complemented by a wide range of modern amenities. Guests can access three dining outlets including an all-day dining restaurant, a sophisticated bar and a comfortable lobby lounge. The hotel offers 7,000 sq. ft. of versatile meeting and event spaces, making it ideal for business gatherings and corporate events. Additional facilities include a fully equipped fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool. The meetings and events spaces and pool are expected to be fully operational by March 2026.
The opening further strengthens Hilton Garden Inn’s presence in India, which now spans major cities including Bengaluru, Pune, Lucknow, New Delhi, Trivandrum, Surat, Jabalpur and Mumbai. Hilton currently operates close to 100 trading and pipeline properties across South Asia and aims to expand to 300 hotels over the next decade.
