Godrej Properties Clocks ₹2,000 Cr in Sales at Bengaluru Project Launch

Godrej Properties has achieved sales of more than ₹2,000 crore from the launch of the first phase of its township project, Barca @ Godrej MSR City, situated at Devanahalli in North Bengaluru.

It is reported by the company that it sold more than 1,450 homes with a built-up area of over 2.2 million square feet during the first launch. The huge response reflects the growing demand in the Devanahalli belt, which is fast becoming an important real estate hub with infrastructure and connectivity developments.

Godrej MSR City is said to have a total development potential of 5.6 million square feet and was launched in April 2025. The company pointed out that a significant quantity of the inventory is yet to be launched, which will be in phases across the coming years.

Barca @ Godrej MSR City features Mediterranean-style homes, with sunbathed terraces, vast green spaces, and a massive clubhouse measuring 1.5 lakh sq. ft. The development envisions a fusion of lifestyle and leisure in the self-sustained township.

The Devanahalli site has emerged as a strategic real estate destination owing to its proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, the planned metro connectivity, and key arterial roads such as NH 44 and Bellary Road. The area is seeing tremendous development, spurred by IT parks, an aerospace zone, and other major infrastructural initiatives.
