Fairpro 2025 Property Expo Opens in Coimbatore with Over 100 Projects on Display

Fairpro 2025, a flagship property fair of CREDAI Coimbatore, was inaugurated on Friday at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, showcasing a range of real estate options for buyers and investors.

The three-day event was inaugurated by Haritha Poornima, General Manager, Network 3 State Bank of India (SBI). The current edition has more than 30 top property developers from Coimbatore, all CREDAI members, presenting over 100 projects under one roof.

From luxury villas, premium apartments, residential plots, senior citizen communities, ready-to-occupy homes, to holiday plots—the entire gambit is on offer. Properties range from ₹20 lakh for budget homes to ₹7 crore for high-end properties, catering to all segments of the market.

In her inaugural address, Ms. Poornima spoke about the long-standing partnership of SBI with CREDAI at the national level. “SBI has a bouquet of home loan products customized for the customers for making it easy for them to invest in the right property,” she stated.
CREDAI Coimbatore president S.R. Arvind Kumar pointed to the city’s strong growth prospects as a key factor driving real estate interest. “The Tamil Nadu government’s new Master Plan, along with infrastructure upgrades such as Coimbatore airport expansion, the development of ring roads, and the construction of flyovers, is positioning the city as a top investment destination,” he said.

Chairman of Fairpro 2025, Surender Vittel, said the exhibition is not just about showcasing projects but also offering tangible benefits to buyers. This is a statement given by him that the developers are giving special offers and exclusive concessions to people who book properties during the fair.
