Brigade Group Launches World Trade Center and Brigade Square in Thiruvananthapuram

Bengaluru headquartered Brigade Group has expanded its footprint in Kerala with the launch of the World Trade Center and Brigade Square in Thiruvananthapuram, marking a significant step in the state’s evolving commercial real estate landscape. The twin developments are strategically located near Technopark, one of India’s largest IT parks, reinforcing the capital city’s position as an emerging technology and investment hub.

The World Trade Center at Technopark Phase One in Kazhakootam is designed as a landmark office tower with twenty floors, supported by a ground level and four basement levels. Envisioned as an integrated business destination, the project aims to attract multinational corporations and global capability centres seeking high quality office infrastructure in South India. Brigade believes the development will further energise the city’s IT ecosystem while creating long term economic value.

Alongside the WTC, Brigade Square adds nearly 1.85 lakh square feet of Grade A office space close to Technopark’s Park Centre. The project is positioned to cater to rising demand from technology companies, startups and allied sectors looking for scalable and efficient workspaces in a well connected micro market.

M R Jaishankar, Executive Chairman of Brigade Enterprises, said Kerala’s strong talent pool and infrastructure potential make it a strategic growth market for the group. He added that the company also plans further expansion in Kochi’s Infopark, strengthening its integrated IT corridor presence in the state.
