Brigade Signs JDA for ₹175-Crore Plotted Development in East Bengaluru

Brigade Enterprises signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for a plotted residential development worth ₹175 crore in Malur, East Bengaluru. The plot will be 20 acres and will comprise a development potential of approx. 4.5 lakh sq. ft.

Placed on the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and near the Chennai Expressway, the region will be reaping the advantages of enhanced infrastructure and connectivity. The region is seeing growing residential demand, and it is quickly turning into a coveted region for house buyers and real estate investors.
