Brigade Group Enters Industrial Real Estate with Aerospace Park Project in Bengaluru

Bengaluru based real estate developer Brigade Group has officially entered the industrial real estate segment with the launch of Brigade Industrial Park at Aerospace Park in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. The new development marks a strategic diversification for the company as it expands beyond residential, office and hospitality projects into high growth industrial infrastructure.

Spread across 29.75 acres, the Brigade Industrial Park is being developed inside the Aerospace Park near Kempegowda International Airport, one of Bengaluru’s fastest growing economic zones. The project will feature modern infrastructure designed to support industries such as ITES, research and development, advanced manufacturing and data centres.

The development will include six commercial blocks rising up to 19 floors, offering large scale office and industrial workspaces.
