Bhartiya Urban is planning to extend its popular Nikoo Homes brand throughout Bangalore, with the launch of more than 5,000 new homes over the next 15 months. The new projects, distributed across North, South, and Central Bangalore, will provide over 9 million square feet of residential space, as per a recent press release.
Nikoo Homes, already demonstrating high demand in Bhartiya City, was built around the five core principles of family, community, culture, health, and learning. The expansion hopes to introduce this distinctive way of living to further neighborhoods, as the changing lifestyle needs of residents in modern urban areas.
Snehdeep Aggarwal, Bhartiya Group Chairman, stressed the need for community-based design. “Nikoo Homes is not simply residential space it’s a lifestyle that balances form and functionality and offers a sense of community,” he said “We are excited to be able to make that available to more of Bangalore’s residents.”
Over 6,600 families have already made Nikoo Homes their home since its founding, with options ranging from smart studios and lofts to wide four-bedroom homes. The new launches aim to do the same, providing thoughtful space to satisfy the growing demand for quality housing in the city.
This drive for expansion comes as part of Bhartiya Urban’s goal to revolutionize Bangalore’s housing market with modern, green, and community-friendly developments.
