Hyderabad-based Aparna Constructions and Estates has announced its ambitious 123-acre township project, Aparna Deccan Town, in the Gopanpally-Gachibowli region. The first phase, with a ₹2,851 crore investment, will feature ultra-luxury high-rise apartments and a gated community of 99 premium bungalows, marking the company’s milestone entry into high-end residential spaces.
Aparna Deccan Town’s initial project, Aparna Sunstone, will comprise nine towers with 44 floors, offering 3 BHK apartments from 1,478 to 2,237 square feet. This township is designed to cater to Hyderabad’s dynamic, modern lifestyle needs. According to Managing Director S S Reddy, “Aparna Deccan Town embodies our vision of providing Hyderabad’s residents with luxurious and thoughtfully designed living spaces that align with urban living demands.”
The township will add to Aparna’s portfolio of 82 completed projects, spanning both residential and commercial sectors across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. Presently, Aparna Constructions has a development footprint of 40 million square feet, with 45 million square feet under construction, reflecting the company’s commitment to large-scale real estate development in South India.
As part of its five-year growth plan, Aparna aims to develop an additional 60 million square feet, solidifying its presence in the region’s real estate market. Aparna’s latest project launch follows Hyderabad’s trend of rising property sales, emphasizing the city’s growing demand for high-end, integrated community living.
